The recent hype around privacy led to a turf war among “programmable privacy” projects (some of the ZK ones just hopping on the privacy bandwagon in the last couple of weeks).
The market is still tiny — yet people are already fighting over breadcrumbs.
Now it’s “ZK is best,” “FHE is best,” “MPC is best.”
Come on. Everyone here knows what their tech can and can’t do.
Instead of growing the pie, people are fighting for something that barely exists.
Would love to see competition on adoption, customers, or real-world usage instead.
All this infighting just makes the space look small.
