Why is ARB so strong?
@arbitrum showed significant net inflows last month, literally leading all public chains in liquidity movement:
1. $10.3B inflow
2. $9.4B outflow
3. +$895M net inflow
This means Arbitrum is currently the primary destination for new funds, surpassing all L1 and L2.
You might wonder: why is the outflow so high yet still ranks first!?
This is normal. High inflows are usually accompanied by high outflows due to liquidity rotation (users moving in and out across chains).
This indicates that Arbitrum's liquidity is strong and active, with funds moving significantly rather than stagnating. It signifies capital efficiency, not necessarily volatility.
Moreover, the high net inflow of over $895M clearly shows that even with substantial outflows, the incoming funds still exceed the outflows.
Arbitrum is the only major chain that has consistently maintained positive net inflows over a 1-month timeframe, while L1s like Ethereum are experiencing capital outflows.
