KYC Registration and Subscription already started but my KYC got rejected on @buidlpad. i wasn’t going to post this, but after seeing others in newbie-general channel on the @buidlpad Discord mention they reached out to support since August and still haven’t heard back, I felt I should share my this 1. 2. (there's moreee) when I tried to verify, I was redirected to @Sumsubcom. It asked me to create an account so future verifications would be easier. i registered with my personal email, uploaded my document, and then got a message saying my document is connected to another profile. i checked my Gmail and realized I had used Sumsub once before with an alt email. but this is my first time using @buidlpad, so that shouldn’t be a problem. what I don’t understand is why I got instantly rejected instead of being given an option to retry using the correct email. and I’m clearly not the only one, several users are still waiting on responses while being told “24 hours.” that’s tough when there’s just 3 days to finish KYC. @buidlpad @MMTFinance @Sumsubcom, i hope this gets addressed quickly. a short grace period or retry option could go a long way in helping genuine users participate.
