This year we became the first global crypto exchange to secure a full MiCA license and launch our operations across the EU. This landmark moment allows us to bring a fully-regulated and seamless crypto experience to European residents, and underlines our commitment to meeting the highest standards of transparency and compliance.
The Malta event, hosted at Malta's Fort Manoel on March 12, will be a fitting moment to mark our next chapter in Europe — a key growth region for OKX. And, alongside being an opportunity to celebrate, network, and debate all things crypto, we'll be making a special announcement to cap what promises to be a memorable evening.
Malta is our European hub, and the base from which we're rolling out a comprehensive suite of products under the MiCA licensing framework. Today, that includes spot trading, bot trading, and over-the-counter trading for 240+ cryptocurrency tokens across 300+ trading pairs, alongside 60+ Euro-based trading pairs. Meanwhile, to deliver an exceptional experience, we're customizing the OKX website and mobile app with local languages and currency displays, as well as providing local language customer support in all markets.
